Its pleasure to write about Nandini. We are associated since about 4 years, The way she has managed challenges in different areas of her life, personal & professional forces me to say, that she epitomizes resilience to the fullest. The way she bounces back while overcoming each and every hurdle, obstacle is really commendable and you will always see the smile on her face. Nandini was my coworker while working with Mahindra Renault and we were part of the same purchasing team. She was secretary to my boss – Vice President of Procurement and i must admit that handling the expatriate boss together with newly formed company coupled with tight time pressures, all of this challenging tasks, nandini has been doing very well. She was extremely efficient in management of multiple actitvities at the same time apart from motivating force for the entire department. I very well remember the CSR initiative taken by her in 2006 and bringing smiles on the face of the poor children with our gifts during diwali festivals. Hats off to her for the same and i am sure whichever activities she will be doing she will be inspirations to others.
